Janice Vargo
Associate Partner @Education Elements
is an Associate Partner on the Design and Implementation Team at Education Elements. She has supported a diverse group of districts in their personalized learning journey. Prior to Education Elements, Janice was a Senior Consultant for UPD Consulting where she supported state education agencies, K-12 school districts, and nonprofits on a variety of policy and technology projects. She holds a master’s degree in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a bachelor’s degree in American Studies and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame.
Megan Campion
Associate Partner @Education Elements
Megan Campion is an Associate Partner on the Design and Implementation Team at Education Elements. She began her teaching career as a kindergarten teacher at an independent school in McLean, Virginia, and transitioned into teaching middle school history in her second year of teaching, where she created student-centered, inquiry-based learning experiences for students. She worked with the Alliance to Save Energy as the national manager for the Green Schools (later named PowerSave Schools) program, a K-12 service-learning program that supported students’ work to measure and conserve the electricity usage in their school buildings. She went on to work with a technology and research company as an associate director of research, working with school districts across the country on school and district climate studies, leadership transition plans, and community engagement projects.
