We often use the phrase “safe enough to try” when encouraging teachers and leaders to make decisions and take small risks to improve their practice, with an emphasis on iteration and failing forward. But what happens when a global pandemic hits? Is anything really safe enough to try in a world exercising abundant caution? Is failure an option? Together, we’ll discuss how decisions can continue to be made in a responsive way though uncertain times and develop strategies for repurposing time and managing expectations while still delivering results.
